Law Enforcement Training

We offer a variety of training programs for Law Enforcement Officers, from patrol-level courses to specialty tactical training programs in virtual, blended, and instructor-led formats. All of our programs are designed to exceed industry-standard, bare minimum requirements for training.  We take a holistic approach to law enforcement training and incorporate all aspects law enforcement tactical operations into consideration when developing our programs, not just repeated “runs” which only tests performance of tactics and application of deadly physical force.  We focus on the whole picture in our training with scenarios that are designed to challenge individual officers and executive leadership into their knowledge and understanding of case law, critical incident decision-making, and articulation of actions after each scenario to better prepare students for real-life incidents where they may have to articulate their decision-making process and actions carried out from those decisions.

Law Enforcement Skills Building Sessions

Cost effective, convenient, quality training

We recognize two factors that severely limit motivated law enforcement officers ability to train; time and money.  Because of a lack of adequate tactics training afforded to most law enforcement officers at the academy level or through department refresher training, motivated officers often seek training from outside sources, but not all officers have the ability to travel away from home, spends days at a time training, and afford the up front cost of hundreds of dollars for a course.

If you are in the New York City metro area, we now have a solution for you those are seeking to improve their understanding and application of basic tactical principles so you can perform as a professional to better serve your communities.

Our Law Enforcement Skill Building sessions are short, 2-3 hour sessions which are focused on on learning and developing individual skillsets related to the application of tactics and tactical principles which will prove useful to you as your serve your community. No lectures, no PowerPoints, just practical hands-on training.
