Refund and Returns Policy

GENERAL REFUND AND RETURNS POLICY

Thank you for your purchase.  We hope you are happy with your purchase.  However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or an exchange.  Please see below for more information on our return policy.

Please carefully review our Refunds and Returns Policy when purchasing our products.  This policy will apply to any order you place with us.  

RETURNS POLICY

All returns must be postmarked within seven (7) days of the purchase.  All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all of the original tags and labels attached.

RETURNS PROCESS

To return an item, place the item securely in its original packaging and the return form provided, then mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges.  We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. 

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange.  Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange.  We will notify you by email when your return has been processed. 

IN-PERSON TRAINING CANCELLATIONS/REFUNDS

For any instructor-led or blended training programs, the following policy shall apply for cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds:

  • Registration cancellations 7 or more days from start of a course will receive a 100% refund on course tuition.
  • Registration cancellations less than 7 days from start of a course will receive a 100% refund on course tuition, minus a $25 administrative fee.
  • No refunds will be issued for cancellations 24 hours or less prior to the enrolled class or for students who are a “No Show” on the day of class. However, such students may attend a future class by paying a $25 rescheduling fee.
  • Refunds will be issued via original payment method.
  • No refunds will be given for online training programs or training materials purchased for a class.
  • We reserve the right to cancel a class due to lack of enrollment. In the event we cancel a class for any reason, you will receive a 100% refund on course tuition.

EXCEPTIONS

The following items cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded:

  1. Electronic Downloads (E-Books, Manuals, Newsletters, etc.)
  2. Virtual or Blended Training Programs
